Order Cancellation

• Orders may be canceled within 1 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you no longer want the item, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information about eligible returns.

OF LUXURY reserves the right to cancel an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
